Lynda and I drove to Paris, Texas on Saturday, April 9, then the four of us (Ray, Carolyn, Lynda and Lamar)drove down to Houston on Monday. On Tuesday, April 12, we boarded a plane for and flew from Houston to Schiphol (Amsterdam) via Continental Air. We picked up the Renault that we had leased and drove down to Kaag where we had rooms for our first night in Europe.
We spent two days in the Netherlands (Holland) looking at tulips and windmills, then we drove to Dinslaken, Germany to visit our friends (Johannes and Anneliese).
